MANY OF OUR SHORT TERM RENTALS ARE ALL INCLUSIVE - THIS MEANS THAT ALL COSTS - RENT, UTILITIES, FINAL CLEANING, AGENCY FEES AND ALL TAXES ARE ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE INDICATED. THE ONLY EXTRA COST IS A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING.
- Where we have not indicated that the price is all inclusive as it may be a long term rental with a vacancy for your dates - utilities, final cleaning, taxes and a 15% agency fee (+vat tax) will be applied.
- Italian rental contracts over 30 days must be registered at the local tax office and costs are divided between landlord and renter.
